The name Wellness was composed by the US Doctor Halbert Dunn in year 1959. From wellbeing and fitness he created the name Wellness. He means it is easy to bring body, spirit and soul in line. The living condition is in the middle of Wellness and each of us is in charge of one´s health. Wellness is made to get a better quality of one´s life. "Do your body smoething good for your soul enjoys to dwell therein."
In winter also in summer you can take finn-sauna and infrared cabin to relax. Our masseuse Manuela makes special massage with essential oils to stay in more powerful energy."
